      Pros

      This is a company where everyone has ownership of the product and the features that provide value to the customers. The engineering team is small so individual contributions to culture and codebase are valuable and encouraged. No one has told me what to work on yet. I've been able to pick my own tasks. I've been able to influence the company culture in a good way, outside of software.

      Cons

      The fast growth has meant there isn't an enormous amount of structure or process. Parking is limited.

      -Feels like everyday brings positive changes to the team and product. -Ability to really own your code/work. Make the changes you want or feel are needed. -Close-knit engineering team. Every engineer has amazing ability and you can learn a lot from everyone. -Senior leadership know what they are doing and brings a sense of confidence. Everything is very transparent. -Great benefits and compensation.
