Majority of sales reps feel like they got fooled by joining Verkada and make no where close to their OTE. They do a great job creating the illusion that it’s the best place to work with all the flashy perks/benefits. The current reality is about 20% of total reps are hitting their fully ramped quotas. They will quickly put you on Performance Improvement Plans, which could be within first 6 months. The managers are forced to micromanage the activity metrics, which all the targets are very unreasonable.
