      - Fastest growing company in silicon valley - $15billion market that will only expand as more analytics are added - huge earning potential - ability to professionally advance quickly - founders with previous success who are willing to coach you - team collaboration for tools, tips, successes, etc. - incumbent solution cannot pivot - competitive moat - culture is contagious - I cry from laughing probably once a day

      Cons

      if you prefer a 9am-3pm schedule then startup life is not for you - growing quickly and new building will not be ready until september/october

      Pros

      I feel super lucky for joining Verkada and witnessing it growing so fast. I am having so much fun working with everyone here. It inspires you when you work with intelligent and brilliant people. Great location, great environment, lots of events and team buildings. It's just so efficient when your colleagues trust you and you know you can rely on them too.

      Cons

      Small startups usually come with two sides. But I only find the good side of Verkada. So no complains.
