      If you have a bad territory, you are not going to succeed here. So much turnover because they are very cut throat on quotas.

      Overall a pretty bad experience. It’s all a territory lottery. Every territory and every account has been heavily targeted and called on already so it really just depends on if yours is well built out or not. I was given a horrible territory that had historically underperformed. I thought I could fix is with extremely hard work and focusing a lot on building out the channel. The issue is the territory had no money and had already been run through by previous reps so Verkada had a bad reputation. Security camera are sort of a commodity so unless you’re flush with cash schools and companies usually won’t spend 10x for a premium product. The company only gives you 3 quarters to hit a massive quota or you’re gone. Super cut throat and every quarter there is a massive lay off. Good luck.
