Pros

Fun office environment with lots of perks and great benefits. Great product with a great PMF.

Cons

Territory lottery is very real. Churn is very high. Attainment is very low. Quotas are the same across the board regardless of territory/channel support/development/ability to spend. Leadership is undertrained and lacks experience. Support in any role is limited. Pay is low for the market. Every AE is also an SDR/channel manager/customer success.

Pros

1. Fast-growing U.S. pre-IPO company. If you are lucky to stay till that day. 2. Structured onboarding program that is particularly beneficial for junior professionals and those starting their first job.

Cons

1. Culture & Integrity: There is limited emphasis on integrity and professionalism. The environment encourages internal competition in ways that lead to conflicts over accounts and deals. You can get away with stealing your peer's accounts and deals and been treated as a top performer. 2. Workplace Behavior: Certain employees display arrogance and a lack of respect toward managers and peers, which undermines collaboration. 3. Management Approach: The company is highly metrics-driven, with daily performance tracking, daily scoring, applied uniformly to all sales teams, regardless of role, seniority, or experience. This creates a sense of micromanagement. 3. GTM Strategy: The U.S. playbook is applied globally, but it does not align well with the nuances of all markets, leading to inefficiencies. Leaderships don't value local experience and feedback. 4. Compensation: Pay packages are below market benchmarks, making it difficult to attract and retain top talent. 5. Turnover: High attrition and frequent silent layoffs contribute to instability and uncertainty across teams.
