Pros
Verkada is a great and very fun place to work. The culture of the company is work hard play hard. Emphasis on the work hard. If you do your work and grind you will come out on top. Management is great, and really care about you and your development.
Cons
You have unlimited PTO. but what does that really mean. It means as long as you are performing do whatever you want. But in order to preform you need to be in office grinding. Building relationships with leadership can be difficult at times but really thats at your own discretion.
