Terrific product, decent investment in marketing and sales tools

Cons

Myopic & toxic sales leadership. Bros who party hard are rewarded and set up for success. Non male, non-white, non-straight employees are ostracized and held to different standard than those in the boys’ club so that they can be blamed when teams don’t hit their unrealistic goals.

Pros

The only pro would be some of the people who made it bearable to work there - but even that wouldn’t tempt me back.

Cons

Terrible culture - high pressure unrealistic targets for people, if you miss one month your careers on the chopping board. Have never met so many stressed and unhappy people constantly worrying whether they’re next to be fired - the market is increasingly challenging and they give you little to zero support.

Pros

The product is incredible which makes it easier to sell. The company itself has great benefits (besides 401K), very strong upbeat culture/environment, and its afraid to spend money on event or there employees.

Cons

Not all leaders are bad but a large amount of the managers are not very involved or helpful. There could be better structure/communication from top down. Its a very cut throat industry as an AE. They will not hesitate to let you go.
