Pros

This is a great company honestly and you really can move up through the ladder. They have awesome benefits and very understanding if something with family comes up. The environment isn't bad for new people as well.

Cons

The thing that really hurts this company the most is management. The leads or managers have little to no communication and honestly this leads to very bad morale with shifts at each other's throat. One of the biggest things at this company is their turnover so expect to see new people everyday due to team leads and managers not setting examples of what is needed to be done. Seems like it's more of who you know and how buddy buddy you can get to get promoted vs actual hardwork, experience and leadership to move up the ladder. I've seen so many promotions for the wrong people to try to lead their crew on something they have no knowledge on. I've seen all this being brought up to higher ups but since it's all who they know nothing is done.
