He voiced it was a family company but based on below I don't have a lot of great things to say. And have never treated a direct report like this.

After only a few weeks of training my father who is in his late 60's was struggling with learning the Salesforce system. He had COVID the week before and was experience brain fog and struggling to learn something new so close after being really ill. 3 days into training they let him go despite his request to give him more time to learn. I am absolutely disgusted by this ageism and lack of support for a newly hired employee. I work at a fortune 1000 company and we would never treat someone like this. Disgusting! He is a fantastic salesperson, struggling with over complicated systems should e come some empathy.
