      Great work environment. New equipment and hands on training

      Cons

      Non union so its every man/woman for themselves. The pay is lacking for the amount of labor compared to other factors. The policies are in need of updating for example if you quite you can reapply in 6 months. If you are terminated you must wait 6 years to reapply.
