Great work environment, good compensation. The people are professional and friendly.

Cons

The location is a little out of the way and the health benefits aren't as good as previous jobs I've had.

-Small feel to the company since each division is segmented -Engineering management cares about your individual growth -Allowed to work on many parts of a project, not just isolated to one monotonous area -Diversity in product allows movement to other divisions -Choose to work in the office or out on a machine as much as you want -Design engineers can also test their own equipment

Cons

-Engineers can be stretched thin -Small town (a con for me, not for all) -Not many choices for US locations (Pella,IA or Freeman, SD)
