Company is not public so we are not beholden to stockholders. Decent sized company but feels smaller, more relaxed.

Cons

Investments into branch locations have been slow. Compensation is more reflective of the Midwest, even in branch locations with higher cost of living.

- The Manager clearly has no management skills - when the Manager isn't there nonwork gets done - workplace discrimination takes place on a daily basis
