Pros

Vacation time since you won't wanna be there.

Cons

Management incompetent. Threatened with write ups every time I tore my pants while working there and they kept trying to claim I came in that way. Failure to properly go in depth on any investigation. Seen too many good ppl get fired over nothing or they refused to let them defend themselves.
