CULTURE! People love working for this company & it comes through in every interaction. Leadership truly values & supports their people to get where they want to go in their careers. Vermeer equipment helps with real-world problems & it's cool to see your projects & ideas make an impact.

Cons

Supply chain issues as well as workforce inefficiencies. Vermeer is in a situation like many other companies where we need more of both. Compensation is a bit low in some key areas but culture makes up for this in my opinion.
