Pros

Vermeer Southeast in my opinion has to be one of THE best places to work in ANY industry. They truly care about their team members. They are extremely flexible during your "seasons" of life and realize "life happens". Their culture is amazing. The invest into their employees on a consistent basis with training and development. They are honest. They really do provide a place to work that people don't want to leave. That is evident by their long tenured team members!! Many of them are 20+ years with a few over 40 years even. Yet they have several 20 year olds as well which makes it a fun environment to work in.

Cons

Traffic depending on which location you work at and where you live. Not sure if this is a "con" or not but they do expect you to work hard and work when you are there. They have extremely high standards and want you to strive for excellence. This is not a place to go if all you want is a J-O-B. Their team members are "all in".

Thank you for your review. Insuring your health, vision and teeth are all important, plus saving for retirement through a 401(k) are all part of the package you pick to meet the needs of you and those in your home. But at Vermeer, we don't stop there. You have important life events and they’re better together. We share in your joys. And we share in your sorrows. We care; it’s part of who we are. It’s as simple as that.
