4yThank you for your review. We recently added a training program, Keys to Manufacturing Success, to equip new production team members to have a successful career in manufacturing at Vermeer. The program aims to simulate a production workplace from day one, so all team members feel ready to start their careers in manufacturing.
We now also offer additional training to new assembly team members. This week-long training is specialized, in-depth, and hands-on.
