Pros

Good place to work. The top manager is a very good manager and approachable. The company is very profitable and stable. The company seems to care for their employees. Nice new facility.

Cons

Profit sharing is based on amount of years you been there. An employee with 15 years seniority who does the bare minimum gets a huge bonus based on a higher percentage versus a go getter in a similar job with 3 years seniority.

Pros

Competitive pay Leave your work at work Good health benefits & 401k Profit sharing Family days

Cons

Long hours + Saturdays Hard work seems to mean less than talking to the right people. Associate’s Degrees don’t mean much (at least for any engineering positions).
