Great place to work, values driven, family owned, generous with bonuses and profit sharing, interested in investing in their people

Cons

Vermeer has limited resources. It would be great if this weren't the case. Honestly though, with such a tight knit community and culture, it can be difficult at first for new employees feel like they belong.
