Pros

Management is very willing to accommodate their employees. Benefits are amazing and ability to have a hybrid work schedule is a plus.

Cons

Slightly lower pay, but worth it for the benefits.

I did not enjoy working here

Pros

Wonderful coworkers, on site gym, decent pay, ESOP in a boon if you stay long enough.

Cons

The ESOP only works if you’re there for the long haul, post people I know barely made it to full vestment. My department was overworked and underpaid. Everyone I was remotely close with at VIP didn’t like their job, had problems with upper management, or felt undervalued.
