Pros

Culture, Culture, Culture. Fun Place, no one is a number, open doors to anyone within the organization. Community focused, balanced work and life.

Cons

Small company still but you can create a career path with what might seem to be a flat organization.

Pros

- Commercial Lines UW Dept is full of kind & supportive individuals. - Hybrid and remote work arrangements are available. - Great benefits package & bonus program. - A dept that continues to increase in size from production growth & profitability. - Excellent training & mentor relationships for new hires & lesser experienced underwriters.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times but that generally comes with the territory of underwriting and with a company that continues to grow.
