- Commercial Lines UW Dept is full of kind & supportive individuals. - Hybrid and remote work arrangements are available. - Great benefits package & bonus program. - A dept that continues to increase in size from production growth & profitability. - Excellent training & mentor relationships for new hires & lesser experienced underwriters.

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times but that generally comes with the territory of underwriting and with a company that continues to grow.

Individual development plans for all positions Internal and external training opportunities Great benefits Employees are appreciated and valued; activities and Thank You's provided by Senior Manager all the time Work-life balance Most areas have career paths Most of all - highly recommend for anyone that wants to launch a career out of school.

Cons

Benefits great except for PTO which is very conservative Limited remote work options however don't let that stop you from asking
