I worked with talented sales professionals (ie Co-workers). I now am able to see it was the biggest mistake of my career working for Veros

Cons

"Leadership" has a lot of trouble sticking with a plan. This company has a LOT of turnover especially with AMM/Reps. Dealers have a lot of trouble when they send deal in. Funding needs to be re-vamped to keep up with competition. I understand its the "car business", but the lies are rampant within. Either they don't know what they're doing or they don't care...If you have bills to pay and/or mouths to feed DON'T gamble with your career working for Veros.
