Pros

I have not seen any other CEO who is so down to earth and humble like Dave! The work culture at HTA is great and motivating! It's great fun to work here and the entire management team is always approachable, highly knowledgeable and helpful. Company recognizes you for your time and effort. I can honestly say that my experience at HTA is wonderful and always have something new to learn from my managers and colleagues. There are a lot of opportunities for growth here if you have potential and ready to work hard. It’s a great place to learn and grow!

Cons

The company works on latest technologies in the market and is growing fast. So be ready to learn the latest stuff! Management and employees will help you and guide you for sure!!

Pros

Working for HTA has been such a wonderful journey! I have learned so much about myself, business, responsibility, loyalty, and the list goes on. I started here at a very young age and truly didn't think I'd still be here 10 years later, but the atmosphere at HTA is something uncommon in other businesses. The staff starts to feel like a family and so many friendships are made - even love relationships ;) We all work very hard to accomplish the day to day tasks, but we also know how to put a little bit of fun in the mix. We have games set up around the office - ping pong table, mini putting range and when we are feeling like we need a little pick-me-up, we'll throw in a game or two of Uno to get the minds flowing again. Competitions are a big thing here! We have an annual bowling party, Halloween contest party, awesome holiday parties that seem to get better each year, employee appreciation day BBQ in the summer, and even an annual ping pong tournament. (Feels good to be a champion) :) Prizes are given out to the winners of any competition. We also love birthdays and celebrate every employee's birthday with a desk decoration and cake. Gift cards are given out for birthdays and anniversaries, also :) They offer a lot of incentives to the employees such as health insurance, 401K, education assistance, 5 year anniversary award and 10 year anniversary award. Looking back on all my years here, it's truly hard to list everything awesome, because there's SO many, but I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy my time and experience at HTA. I can't tell you how much i have learned and grown during this time, but I look forward to learning even more!

Cons

Pros

There were truly some wonderful people at ATS when I arrived. They were proud of their work and were willing to help out at every turn. For a time, even while dealing with significant headwinds, employees felt valued and trusted.

Cons

While I left the company in 2015, from those with whom I stay in touch say nothing has changed. David Roberts is focused on one thing: selling ATS at all costs. Since his arrival, he has forsaken institutional knowledge and quality people and replaced them with executives in his own making: Unconcerned about ATS employees and their wellbeing, singularly focused on, as David loves to say "Shareholders." In meetings with David, he openly berates senior leaders and says nothing when his senior leadership team does the same to mid level managers and employees. He once offhandedly dismissed employee concerns with a "they're just lucky to be here" comment. And that truly sums up his philosophy since arriving at ATS. Employees are disposable "things." To top it off David pushes out a very "Christian" corporate message, which, in addition to making some employees uncomfortable, is laughably out of sync with how he treats those around him. If you are seriously considering a position with ATS, I'd advise you to consider it as a short term venture, at best. You can be sure that the senior leaders of ATS consider you in the same manner. On the plus side, if you directly hired by David or one of his senior leadership team, chances are you'll be on the short list for a promotion. Those were exceedingly rare during my tenure.
