Pros

I have been working at HTA for more than 2 years and I can honestly say that my experience here is nothing short of wonderful. Since the day I joined, I always have something new to learn from my colleagues and from my managers. I have grown both personally and professionally since I joined. There are a lot of opportunities for growth here if you have potential. Management team does everything they can to make every employee happy and to make the work environment exciting

Cons

The business is pretty complicated and you need to really put a lot of effort initially to learn. But the employees and management are really supportive and give you guidance in anyway possible

Pros

PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE HIGH STAR RATINGS - DONT FALL IN TRAP.....!!! ALL HIGH STARS ARE FORCED AND EMPLOYEES ARE ASKED TO GO AND DO THE POSITIVE RATING AS PART OF ANNUAL APPRAISAL SYSTEM Remote Control Resources - this I think is the "only pro !!" that entire mid and higher managers LOVE to remote control each and every one.

Cons

1. No one with vision or decision making capability 2. Work, Work and Work - No matter if its weekend, long weekend or national holiday 3. All Saturday and Sunday are "working day" by default 4. Vendors and consultants are pigs for HTA .... Sorry for the 1 star - that's an insult for giving star - but there is no "negative star"

Constantly worried about being laid off. Tired of the constant reorganization.

Pros

Company recently spent a pretty penny on a new building. Decent open space concept, attempting to conform to modern concepts of work environments. The IT department became extremely efficient at clearing desk space when people leave ATS.

Cons

Constant reorganization. Manager names didn't mean much due to in a few months, the company would play organizational Yahtzee and you would get another motivational email of the new focus/direction. The company tried to implement lean six sigma methodology for a good 6 months, only to layoff the lean six sigma team when change didn't come fast enough. I, along with several other coworkers, were always worried about being in the next wave of layoffs. You would walk into work only to notice a whole department has vanished due to out sourcing. It was hard not to ask yourself if you were next on the chopping block. Another issue was the lack of career growth. If you truly wanted to advance in your pay/career, you would be forced to look outside the company. When you put in your two weeks, your exit interview consists of going to survey monkey. Laughable.
