My position and experience here have been positive. I work directly with the Vice President of VersaSuite. My role offers creative flexibility while aligning with the directive of our goals. I’ve been encouraged to use my creativity, all the while learning a lot more in regards to marketing through different avenues in marketing, outside of digital media.
Communication has been transparent and good from the beginning of my interview processes, screening, and the final expectations of what was expected out of me, from the very beginning.
The employees here are truly the asset and heart of this company and an awesome group of people! The company is positioned to be a platform for learning on skills you may currently have, but may want or needing more growth. Staying positive, committed, and understanding what your own personal professional goals are, make all the difference when there are challenging days. I do believe right leadership makes all the difference in the culture and growth, and have enjoyed working under my direct supervisor.
