Pros

- Team is really great - everyone is very competent, tries hard and the environment is collaborative - Things are growing fast - The product is very well-received by the market - The mission is genuinely positive for patients & providers - As an engineer you get to work closely with other teams - A lot of day to day autonomy

Cons

- Not a lot of structure & process yet. Not a con for everyone, but also not the right fit for everyone. - There are times when extra hours are required - Sometimes the overall priorities can feel unclear

Pros

Motivated and driven employees have pretty much unlimited potential for growth since the company is growing super fast. The product is super impactful and it feels great to hear positive reviews from clinics and patients working with Verse. Fun office environment in NYC.

Cons

Since it's an early stage startup, employees are expected to work pretty hard. The hours are very manageable but we tend to work hard all day without much time to kick back and relax.
