Pays well and on time, plus lots of stressful hours you can work. Everyone works fairly well together in the hellscape that is this job.

Cons

This company lies to you constantly. Your shift is all over the place and can change on a dime with little to no notice. They expect you to cross train for like five different jobs but pay you the same. Zero room to move up. Everything is heavy and stressful.
