This job is slowly going down, everyone just recieved a pay cut. Crazy hours, hard labor, not enough money to live.

Pros

Experience, and rhe opportunity to help save lives. Weekend premiums and very nice co workers. Free snacks are also a plus.

Cons

Physical labor and schedules. The budget cuts are also a con, $600 / week is not worth all of the troubles.

Flexible hours, fulfilling mission, great co-workers. No two days are the same!

Cons

Poor management, lack of resources/support, poor communication between departments. Virtually no opportunity for advancement. Goals increase every year. 'Flexible hours' means some days you'll end up work 14+ hours starting at 4:00am and other days only work 6.
