Consistent Work. Many dedicated employees.

Cons

Management is very out of touch with employees. There is little interest in fixing real, consistent problems just those that are perceived or one-offs. They are unaware of how to provide exceptional client service. And they tend to gaslight employees instead of resolving issues.
