they were somewhat flexible with schedule.

Cons

Very poorly managed, endless micromanagement with out a sense of direction, not a clear vision for the department and the company. No room for advancement within the department/company. All supervisors and managers are females.

Adheres to a mission that the leadership and staff believe in. Deep scientific roots to the company. Pay and Benefits are equivalent or better than many Milwaukee employers. Friendly and collegial atmosphere.

Cons

HR policies and practices are behind the times. Insufficient resources in support organizations. Too much tolerance of senior management missing goals and commitments.
