      Great co workers Strong mission Saving lives Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Weak raises Lack of resources to do good job Not sure what makes them hire people who clearly dislike their jobs Can be very stressful Low wages for some positions Management isn't supportive Management makes very high wages while support staff works for rather low wages, could work at Mc Donald's for only slightly less

      I love my coworkers, we work as a team and we understand that the task at hand is greater than ourselves. Management really cares about the "little people"

      Cons

      Not enough room for growth, but if you stick it out managers are willing to work with you to get you where you want to be.
