Pros

Most of the fellow employees are good, kind people, the benefits are decent, and it's nice knowing you're helping people.

Cons

The wage compression is terrible (2-3% increase every year, but new hires make just about as much as people who have been there for years), they continue to cut incentives and bonuses (they removed the ability for management to give small bonuses as thanks/praise, instead making it so employees have to put others into a drawing for one person to get a free lunch once a month), upper management has a deep disdain for those on lower floors (calling them vultures, giving them the scraps and leftovers of the management's parties instead of giving the lower floors parties), and much, much more.
