Great coworkers, good PTO, interesting work

Cons

Understaffed labs so you are expected to work tons of overtime to make up for that, terrible pay unless you’ve been working there for 10+ years, upper upper management only cares about results/revenue not the workers

Overworked and underpaid

Pros

Work 40+ hours a week. They will train you to be a phlebotomist. I suggest get your training and then get out.

Cons

You will never have time for a lunch break. They are always understaffed. The pay is not competitive. They will send you out to the middle of no where for blood drives.
