It is a very rewarding job given what we do, I love what the company stand for Good benefits, and awesome co-workers. the pay (while even getting a pay-cut) really isn't bad

Cons

management: I think the problem stems from higher management and trickles down to supervisors, but communication is not very good and sometimes necessary things get overlooked even when presented in a professional manner if you weren't a supervisor or manager you recently got a pay-cut (out of the blue)...some more then others.

Great group of people, very passionate about the work and research that they do.

Cons

Long training process that sort of starts in the middle. Hard to get a grasp of what exactly your role is until the end of the training exercises and even then it was a little confusing as to the proper order of the days events.
