Knowing I'm helping people. Going to different places. I loved being meeting all types of people. Loved my actual job of being a phlebotomist!

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible. Most disrespectful people o have ever met. They do not help nor care about anything. You could be going through a hard time and they would laugh in your face.

401k matching is high. Other than that I can't think of much.

Everything is scrutinized down to the word. Often feels like lower and middle management calls out tiny errors just to feel powerful. Senior management regularly spouts intense, toxic positivity with no actual meaning or impact because they make no effort to understand the entry-level employees who make up most of their staff.
