Pros

Versiti is a very fun, and professional place to work. I enjoy the donor base, as well as; my co-workers. I have been employed with versiti for 6 months, and I feel like i have grown a lot. I appreciate the feedback given from upper management, it really helps with confidence and techniques.

Cons

I do not have any downsides other than, taking a paycut from my previous job to this one. It would have been great if they had of matched my pay, I am a mother of 5 and it is kinda hard financially. Although, I accepted the pay-cut with the hopes of maybe growing with the company and receiving better pay than my previous job.

A lot of fun and fulfilling experiences on mobile phlebotomy blood drives, made some life long friends

Cons

some drives start very early and you have to wake up at 4am. must be flexible with drive cancellations and unexpected events
