Cons
Take care of your staff better, since I started there it was great but them it started going downhill. The company is pushing staff to their breaking points so they can get numbers, while the staff are being pushed and looking like death walking on sticks. So many 3 person drives with full schedules and being pushed to take in walk ins when they aren't able to. So many mobile staff never have time to even take a break, the company keeps trying to add more and more drives when they don't have enough staff and they try to bully and harass the staff into getting what they want, while spending money on things that aren't really needed. There is high favoritism, staff that aren't nice to other staff stay cause they know certain people so they do whatever they want and get away with it. They will let favorite staff members who sit on their butt's and scroll through their phones and as soon as it gets busy they say they aren't feeling good and get sent home without any problem, bit when it comes to staff who have chronic pain that is making it hard to do the job they hum and haul over it trying to make them stay as long as possible even when the staff are shaking with pain cause they don't want the actually good staff go home to take care of themselves and find as many excuses to keep them longer till they push to far and the pain gets worse and worse The company doesn't listen to the staff especially when theres one who staff who brags about sitting down with the supervisors and laugh together about the complaints that the staff member gets, yet is still here after many so many female staff super uncomfortable. The company is spiraling downhill with so many people about to quit. The pay isn't great and the benefits suck, I would even recommend the job to anyone unless they are willing to stand up for themselves
