      * Great people to work with, many of these people are my friends/ family love them! * Great experience, how to run a lab, how to write SOP, how to talk to clients/ doctors * Events to get to know the people you work with, safe parking * They strive to provide Diversity inclusion female leaders, ethnic voices and yearly talk with total team on how they can be more inclusive

      Cons

      A lot of work and responsibilities Pay could be better- but they are in process of improving this for everyone, it is a non-profit so their are other benefits than pay
