Pros

When economy is good, there is room for growth TITLE wise. They don’t expect hourly employees to do a lick of work outside 8am-5pm. Good balance.

Cons

Title changes and promotions are a 1.00/1.25 increase in pay maximum. You can receive 3 promotions and still make less than 5.00 dollars more than when you started in you initial role. Company does not want to spend money to better objective flaws in processes. There is no SOP across the company, people will do their job completely incorrectly and receive no actual pushback. People who make 20-30% than you in sales roles will be completely and utterly incompetent and still be employed months down the line.
