The Benefits are really good

Where to start.... way too many VP’s, Senior Directors, Associate Directors and upper management. Those who work hard are not rewarded. When complaints are made to direct managers regarding issues, there are policies in place yet they get ignored and when complaints are made to HR, they are down played. The culture went down hill after the move to Fan Pier. Not a “fun” place to work. Too many people that feel they are entitled and feel they don’t need to work as hard as some of their peers. Career development is just for the special few.

Cons

There's no career advancement in this company, so don't expect any promotions or raises. It also doesn't matter if you work harder than everyone else because management doesn't care anyway.You'll feel that you're just replaceable.

The location of the office is great.

Cons

Aside from the location, most things about this company isn't good. Management has its favorite employees, and they form a small circle that discriminates against other employees. This company doesn't reward hard work since promotions and raises are only given to the employees who manage to join their circle. You'll survive this company if you like sucking up to the boss. But if you are a dignified employees who works hard, then this company isn't for you.
