-Too much need for collaboration leads to elongated decision making processes -Lack of communication among teams that should be working closer together

Management sacrificed the Sarasota employees to cover for their ineptitude. Lots of cronyism definitely *not* a meritocracy.

I am not sure where to start. The inability to be realistic with projections and planning. The pouring of money into endless fruitless endeavors.
