      Pros

      Great culture, great people, and great work/life balance. Fun and energized workplace with a CEO who truly cares for the employees. Smooth on-boarding process that allows for a comfortable transition into the role.

      Takes time to get new hires into roles. Leads to some slow work days.

      Pros

      I started about 4 months ago and Vertex has been everything I could have hoped for and more. The company culture is collaborative and fun. Everyone sincerely enjoys coming to work day to day. So far, I have enjoyed every aspect of the company. The team-oriented culture along with fantastic resources have allowed me to learn more than I ever thought I would in such a short amount of time. The people here are incredible and are willing to help with whatever you need! This is especially important coming right out of college.

      Cons

      There have been no downsides so far, sometimes there isn't a ton of work but that is with any job that there will be down time to yourself.
