Vertexone has competitive salaries, has a relaxed culture. Although the positions are all fully remote the company makes every employee feel engaged.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues.

health benefits and company match is good but monetary compensation is below market

Cons

lots of tenured employees also means it's harder for change to take place. Management says opinions and thoughts are welcomed but not really Management's definition of diversity needs work

Pros

VertexOne is a great culture to be a part of. Smart and knowledgeable team with many employee’s tenure greater than 10 years. There is excellent opportunity for growth. Ability to work with many departments across the organization. Flexible work/life balance. Very good salary potential and benefits are really good for a small company. Executives devotion to growth is exciting to see and be a part of.

Cons

I would like to see growth happen a little more quickly but I'm happy with the Executive Team's plan for future growth and have faith in the VertexOne product portfolio. Sales cycles are really slow in the CIS utility industry, so it can be frustrating at times. However, it's nice when a deal comes to fruition because they are typically really large contracts and it's rewarding to see all that hard work finally pay off across the entire VertexOne team!
