Great Product, great people

Pros

The people here are great, helpful and smart. The management team did a great job make it a big family, and I can see the product are improving and great ideas are applied to make it better. The layer between the employee and CEO are flat(2 level), makes it very effective to communicate.

Cons

Under microfocus the communication of different departments may be slow(Looks like IT is managed by a whole another company).
