Remote work Unlimited PTO Great Insurance (BCBS PPO) Anyone below manager or VP are great people, and work hard because they have to due to being short staffed

Not sure if there are any pros, $20 lunch voucher however limited options due to rising takeout costs.

Cons

Do not apply. You need to run. People flocking en masse. No growth opportunities, some vengeful colleagues, harassment regarding PTO, can't take coffee breaks without judgment, directors who yell, watch your every move, and criticize, and do not provide substantial feedback. Lack of accountability from senior leaders - no one will admit fault and will double down on the workers left to deal with the mess. Toxic environment all around. Do not subject yourself to this. You deserve better.
