Easy to get the job with no interview needed

Cons

Too much stress, no definite hours, safety risks, you may be working 24 hours straight, communicating with the supervisor or the manager is a nightmare, given their way they will make you work even if you were dying. Very unprofessional and unorganized company, nothing is clear!

Getting a job with a Master's degree is easy over here. It's a growing company, if it has good projects, try to learn from it as much as possible

Cons

Micromanagement. All you get is a crappy experience which is worth nothing. A year later you will find hard to find a job when they will let you go. oh! did I mention they pay you peanut and make you move mountains :)
