Hands on experience in business to business sales assists in the growth required for transition into managerial roles quicker because of the relationship building aspect to this career. Lots of opportunity for growth within the company! The work- life- balance factor certainly helps become accustomed to the position. Very inclusive and driven culture! Team work inspired and leaders who stand behind their title! Structure is a must.

      The pay is rather low, the commission structure needs work. Leads needs to be better managed. Training structure needs to be tightened up.
