Executive leadership is completely lost. The company isn't growing and is in terrible debt. Reckless cost cutting decisions have begun. I would imagine the company will go private equity in the next year. It is really bad.

The management here is horrible, mostly VP and above. They did an awful job of assigning roles after the split from Aramark to Vestis. C-Suite has no idea what is happening in their departments. The employees that are based outside of Atlanta are mostly the issue. And the nepotism is insane, it is all about who you know here. There is one particular department that is very unethical in how they run things. The toxic work environment is too much for anyone to handle. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days with absolutely zero acknowledgment.
