Pros

Lots of freedom, gas card, commission and bonus pay outs are great.

Cons

Feels like a sinking ship, lots of change that does and doesn’t make sense. Management cannot align on values and principles.

This review is based solely on having the GM that I had. I had trust, autonomy, some control over schedule. Pretty good base pay, vehicle stipend, phone and gas card

Cons

Total chaos when I arrived coming in every direction. Poor logistics with product coming back and forth from wash facility in PDX. ++HORRIBLE HR++

Pros

Plenty of autonomy and good pay starting out. Good product that most companies need.

Cons

Not much stability the sales org had mass layoffs laid off even top performers. Also laid off some VP’s and sales managers, which made sense for a few of those layoffs. Not much long term growth here. Routes are being cut from drivers and drivers being let go as well
