      Some of the people are great

      The management here is horrible, mostly VP and above. They did an awful job of assigning roles after the split from Aramark to Vestis. C-Suite has no idea what is happening in their departments. The employees that are based outside of Atlanta are mostly the issue. And the nepotism is insane, it is all about who you know here. There is one particular department that is very unethical in how they run things. The toxic work environment is too much for anyone to handle. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days with absolutely zero acknowledgment.

      Pros

      Vestis Corporation lights the way in motivated leadership. This fast paced workplace environment offers flexibility, creativity, and individuality. Hands on experience in business to business sales assists in the growth required for transition into managerial roles quicker because of the relationship building aspect to this career. Lots of opportunity for growth within the company! The work- life- balance factor certainly helps become accustomed to the position. Very inclusive and driven culture! Team work inspired and leaders who stand behind their title! Structure is a must.

      Cons

      The pay is rather low, the commission structure needs work. Leads needs to be better managed. Training structure needs to be tightened up.
